The set is not original Lego but compatible. I built one for myself and selling the extras that I bought. They are brand new and coming with building manual. There's no original packaging box. Disclaimer: I feel the set that I built (as shown in the picture) is 99% complete (or maybe I lost after I opened it), although everything is new and sealed. I found at least two to three either missing piece or color mismatch pieces. However, it doesn't impact much of the final outcome as you see in the picture. Therefore, it's not guaranteed for the rest of the set on sale is 100% complete.
