What happens if I am not at home to accept my delivery? Most of our products do not require you to be at home to be delivered. In the event that you have ordered products which will not fit in your mailbox, and you are not home to accept the delivery, then the postal service will follow their usual procedure. I have received my item, but I no longer want to keep it? If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item for a full refund - please note that DVDs, Blu-rays & 4K Ultra HD that have been opened or have had their shrink-wrap removed are not eligible for return. The cost of shipping to return a product you no longer require will be paid for by the person returning the product and will require a Returns Authorization (RA) number. The RA number will be given to you by our customer services team. I have received my item but it's damaged / faulty. What should I do? If your item arrived damaged or is faulty, we will make this right as soon as possible, either by sending a replacement item to you or refunding your account. If we ask for the item to be returned to us, then GRUV Entertainment will pay for the cost of the return via a pre-paid label.
